About

The Road to God is a philosophical symbolic composition exploring the human journey toward the Divine and the lifelong search for spiritual meaning. A luminous vertical path dominates the composition, linking the earthly realm with the celestial sphere and transforming the entire image into a visual metaphor of spiritual ascent. At its centre stands the solitary figure of a traveller, seen from behind, representing every individual who embarks upon an inward pilgrimage. Above, the radiant face of God emerges from the heavens, suggesting that the encounter between humanity and the Divine is not solely the result of human striving but also of divine presence reaching toward humanity. Filled with stars, clouds, and radiant light, the surrounding space evokes eternity rather than physical landscape.

Executed in mixed media on paper, the work combines an almost monochromatic palette with a disciplined vertical composition and a restrained symbolic language. Rather than portraying the destination itself, the artist presents the road to God as a continuous inner process shaped by faith, humility, perseverance, and the enduring hope of spiritual transformation.
