Delivery

  • Delivery takes between 7-14 days.
  • The delivery method is determined based on the size, value, and fragility of the artwork to ensure it is suitable and fully insured.
  • UK Delivery is fixed at £30.
  • International Delivery – Please contact us for a quote.

Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, Levies & Other Charges:

For orders delivered outside the UK, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, levies, and other fees may apply due to local laws and customs formalities. These charges must be settled before delivery can take place.

  • In most cases, the recipient is responsible for all import-related charges, including customs duties, taxes, and any handling fees imposed by the destination country.
  • The recipient (not the person placing the order) will usually receive a separate request for payment of these charges once the item reaches the destination country.
  • If you are ordering for someone else, please ensure they are aware of their responsibility for these additional charges.

For Customers in the USA & Canada:

  • In some instances, the person placing the order may receive the request for payment rather than the recipient.
  • If this occurs, the person who placed the order will be responsible for settling these charges before delivery.

We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their cost. We recommend checking the customs regulations and potential import costs in your country before placing an order.

Important:

  • You (or the recipient) will be classified as the importer and must ensure that the items comply with local import laws.
  • We act as the exporter and will handle all required export declarations.
  • If customs restrictions prevent delivery after an order is placed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

What happens after I place an order?
Once you've placed your order, we will personally follow up with a phone call to confirm your purchase details, provide an estimated delivery timeframe and answer any questions you may have about payment, delivery, or the artwork itself. During this call, we’ll also confirm how your piece will be shipped, ensuring it’s handled with care based on its size, value and fragility.

Will my artwork come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Many of our limited edition and original artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity. If your piece has one, it will be securely packaged and included with your order.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your artwork. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to contact us to arrange a return.

How to Return Your Artwork

  • The artwork must be securely packaged, ideally in its original packaging.
  • Items that are not adequately packaged and suffer damage in transit may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
