Events FAQ

What do I need to bring to the event to show I’m invited?

Nothing physical is required. Guests are added to our list automatically. Your RSVP confirmation email serves as proof of registration.

How many guests can I bring?

When booking online, you can select the number of attendees in your party. Some events have limited capacity, so if you’d like to bring additional guests, please let us know in advance so we can confirm availability.

Do I need to bring ID?

No ID is required. If you registered online, your confirmation email is sufficient. If you registered in person or by phone, your details will already be noted on our guest list.

Will the artist be attending?

Artist attendance will always be clearly stated in the event description. If it isn’t mentioned and you’d like to check, feel free to get in touch.

Can I speak with a gallery advisor during the event?

A gallery consultant will be present throughout the event. As they may be assisting other guests, time can be limited. If you’d like a more in-depth conversation, we recommend arranging a separate appointment or speaking with us towards the end of the event where possible.

Can I purchase artworks during the event?

Yes. Artworks can be purchased during events, and a KELLART gallery consultant will be available to guide you if needed.

Is there a dress code?

There’s no formal dress code. We suggest dressing comfortably and appropriately for the setting. Personal style is always welcome.

I have accessibility needs or dietary requirements - can these be accommodated?

Of course. Please let us know your requirements when registering for the event, or contact our team. We do our best to ensure everyone feels comfortable and included.

Will there be photography at the event?

Some events are photographed or filmed for KELLART’s website, social channels, and other materials. If you’d prefer not to appear in any imagery, simply let a member of the gallery team know at any point during the event.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event needs to be cancelled, we’ll let you know as early as possible. You’ll be contacted directly by email or phone, and we’ll also update our official channels.
