What happens after I place an order?

Once you've placed your order, we will personally follow up with a phone call to confirm your purchase details, provide an estimated delivery timeframe and answer any questions you may have about payment, delivery, or the artwork itself. During this call, we’ll also confirm how your piece will be shipped, ensuring it’s handled with care based on its size, value and fragility.

How long does delivery take?

Before dispatch, every artwork undergoes a thorough quality check, which can take up to two weeks. Once this process is complete, our team will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

How is my artwork packaged for shipping?

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Every piece is:

  • Protected with foam edges to safeguard the corners.
  • Shrink-wrapped for added protection during transit.

Will my artwork come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Many of our limited edition and original artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity. If your piece has one, it will be securely packaged and included with your order.

Do you offer an installation service?

If you need help installing your artwork, we can recommend trusted professionals who specialize in art installation. Please inform us before delivery if you require this service.

This is a chargeable service.

If you’re not ready to install your artwork immediately, we will ensure it remains securely wrapped until you or your chosen installer are ready to hang it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us for a quote and assistance with arranging international delivery.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes on international orders?

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your country may impose customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery can be completed. Since we have no control over these fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Can I return my artwork if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you decide to return your artwork, please ensure it is securely packaged (ideally in its original packaging). Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned piece.

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

We take every precaution to package your artwork securely, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution, whether that be a replacement, repair, or refund.

Can I request a custom or commissioned piece?

Yes. If you’re looking for a bespoke piece of art, we may be able to facilitate commissions from selected artists. Please reach out to discuss your vision and we’ll explore the possibilities.

Do you offer framing services?

Some of our artworks come pre-framed, while others are available as unframed prints or canvases. If you require framing, we can assist with recommendations or provide framing options for certain pieces. Contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

Do you offer gift-wrapping or personal messages?

If you’re purchasing artwork as a gift, we may be able to offer gift-wrapping and include a personal message. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your request.

Can I view the artwork in person before purchasing?

We are an online gallery, but depending on the piece, private viewings may be arranged in person or by video call. If you're interested in viewing a particular artwork before purchase, please contact us and we’ll let you know if this is possible.
